Dear Church,
It was terrific to see so many men at the Wings Night this week—it was a great night of good food, plenty of laughs, and encouraging time together. And congratulations to our winning quiz team! A very impressive performance. Bragging rights are yours!
As Easter approaches, can I encourage you to keep inviting others along to one of our services. A simple invitation can go a long way. We have plenty of Easter cards available, so it might be helpful to pick up a few on Sunday to pass on.
This Sunday we’ll be looking at Luke 23:13–25. It’s a striking passage that helps us see both the innocence of Jesus and the deeper “why” of the cross. I’m looking forward to opening it up together.
Coming up after Easter
Adelaide Men’s Convention – coming up May 16. This is a great opportunity for men across Adelaide to sit under excellent Bible teaching and be encouraged in their faith. You can register online via the AMC website.
Grace Conference – coming up May 30. This is always a rich time of teaching, training, and encouragement for women of all ages. Registrations are open online via the Grace Conference website.
